ASWNS requires the following prerequisites:

• a suitable fortran compiler, e.g., gfortran
• lapack library} or separately the [[http://www.netlib.org/cgi-bin/netlibfiles.pl?filename=/lapack/double/dgtsv.f|XEBLA subroutine

The easiest way to achieve these requirement is simply by typing:

sudo apt-get install gfortran liblapack3
